Life is busy, right? That's the story you tell yourself on a consistent basis - "I'm too busy! I can't fit one more thing in my schedule! I have too much to do!" Well, let's put it this way....you will do what's important to you. There is 5 minutes in your day that you can dedicate to YOU. Time for doing some deep breathing and relaxing the body; time for visualizing what you want to manifest; time for sitting with an uncomfortable sensation that you're experiencing - like, fear, anxiety, shame, guilt, judgement, criticism, anger, etc.....and the good stuff too!
