- S2E36 CHANCES .....The occurrence and development of events in the absence of any obvious design. Or when you look at it like that. The possibility of something happening. I hear all the time "The Possibilities are Endless". But what does that really mean? I recently after months of looking to adopt a rescue dog( They deserve chances as well). His name WAS EL POLLO LOCO, I decided to name him MAMBA to honor my favorite basketball player Kobe Bryant's Nickname. I decided to roll the dice or take a chance if you will and I got was a 70lb Baby with razor sharp teeth and an unknown temperament. Chances are also opportunities, and we should afford those to others and also situations as long as reasonable precaution is taken. I believe the world has an unreasonable view on perfection. When you take in to account what someone/thing has been through( Which requires looking outside of yourself and what's convenient for you) it allows you to be more empathetic and even better patient. Good things come to those that wait sometimes taking a chance on someone or something will open your world to things that you could have never imagined and that's beautiful. So join me as we talk about my chance with a 70 lb baby wolf, and also how I relate how GOD takes chances with and constantly forgives us even though he knows we will disappoint him from time to time, He's with us for the ones and times of obedience when we make him proud to be our creator.
