This week’s episode features play-by-play commentator Meghan McPeak, who recently became one of the first women do to play-by-play for an NBA game. She was also the first woman to broadcast National Basketball League of Canada, and has recently become the first and only female broadcaster of the NBA’s development League when she took on the role of play-by-play for the G-League’s Capital City Go-Go in Washington, D.C. We ask her about broadcasting the Washington Wizards-Detroit Pistons NBA game, being profiled by Washington Post, and calling Raptors 905 games after tearing her achilles.
