Brent Dyer has been a worship pastor for more than twenty years, serving churches from 200 to 16,000. In addition to a Bachelor of Music from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Brent is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to obtain a license as a professional counselor because of his passion to help hurting people.
He feels called to help worship pastors struggling with relationships, addictions, isolation, depression, and more. As he joins Alan and Chris for the second portion of this two-part series, you'll hear his passion for leadership development, team-building, vision-casting, and helping people become who God created them to be.
