At 32, Chicago born and bred mom of two, Ashley Corrine, swapped the windy city for sunny Mexico in February 2019. Frustrated with the lack of affordable healthcare, police-terrorism, anti-Black racism and poverty, she and her husband set out to find a safer world for her children to call home.
