HELLO LISTENERS!
This week, Hannah, Tim, and Marty gather around the microphone to talk about political figures in comics. We start with two heavy hitters from the Big Two:
Batman and Captain America. And by Cap, we mean Nick Spencer's run on Steve Wilson: Captain America.
Here are a handful of links we used to talk about these two legacy characters:
Batman:
As Fascist?!
As a libertarian
As a "conservatarian"
In the end, we discuss how Batman has been portrayed through each of his milestone creators (Bill Finger and Bob Kane, Frank Miller, Scott Synder, Christopher Nolan) and we should really take this character in the aggregate, not in the moment. We would love to hear from Bat-fans about the Dark Knight.
As or Captain America:
The Remender Ret-con
Sam Vs Steve?!
Fox vs Captain America

Marty is over the moon for Spencer's Run, where Hannah and Tim are waiting for Marvel Unlimited to catch up.
