In a little town along the Ohio River called Portsmouth, there is a group of outdoor enthusiast that are attempting to take all the outdoor recreation the Scioto River Valley has to offer and spread it to the masses. I talked with two board members, Heather and Nathan, about their organization and the progress they've made.
