Piercings and tattoos are increasingly common in our culture, but they still generate strong opinions within some Christian circles.
Leviticus 19:28 states that we shouldn’t add marks to our body, but a recent radio caller asked about several New Testament passages that might indicate otherwise.
In this episode, I address whether a believer can get a tattoo. The answer is an important window into understanding hundreds of other Old Covenant regulations and prohibitions – including tithing, observing the Sabbath, and more – and why Christians cannot view the Law like a restaurant buffet line!
