Adrienne has c.20 years of experience, starting out in business and brand strategy and then going on to a decade building businesses in recruitment, training, and coaching. She became passionate about diversity and inclusion and built a lot of first hand experience of some of the challenges to reaching the goals. That is what inspired her to join an accelerator at the start of the global pandemic and launch a tech platform designed to improve social capital of under-represented groups.
