Jason Eastwood started playing the guitar at age of 11 and over the last four decades the instrument has been an extension of his mind, body and soul. After touring extensively with various musical acts and sharing stages with musical icons such as The Beach Boys, Journey, and Boston, Jason completed a Bachelor of Composition and a Masters' in Musicology at Dalhousie University where he also became a guitar instructor.
In 2014, outwardly it seemed as though Jason was living the dream life, but inwardly everything was unraveling. Seeking a way to cope with the stress, anxiety, and chaos of the music industry, he sought out yoga and meditation as a way to cope.
Jason began studying healing music from around the world and incorporated this knowledge into his own music. Soon Jason was composing and performing this type of music on his handmade classical guitar, often hearing his guitar referred to "the most relaxing guitar in the world".
In 2018 he founded Guitarfulness.com to share this music with the world. Since then Jason has released 33 albums and sold over 100,000 CDs and Downloads. Jason continues to make it his mission to share his guitar music and “raise the vibration of the whole planet one listener at a time.”
