Herb Baumeister, from the outside, looked like the "normal" family man next door...but boy were they wrong! Herb preyed on young men in the gay community during the early 90's and got away with his crimes for over a decade. It is believed he killed as many as 21 victims and left their bodies across Central Indiana and Western Ohio.
