Pastor Jeff concluded our study of the book of Matthew this past Sunday as he proclaimed that our God is a promise keeper. What he says he will do, shall come to pass, "just as he said." He reviewed the story of Jesus resurrection and how he told his disciples what would happen after three days. God is the only one that can issue a guarantee because he is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. Ephesians 1:20-22 ... he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. Our prayer is that we would learn to expect God to fulfill his word and promises in our lives. Selah
