Dr. Hillard begins this program celebrating the historic victory of president-elect Joe Biden and vice president-elect Kamala Harris as an unprecedented victory for Blacks, Asians, and Hispanics. Even though this is a time of rejoicing for many we should also continue to pray that God would direct those in government to make the right decisions so that we can maintain peace in our nation. Dr. Hillard also looks at Philippians chapter 2 verse 5 which instructs us as Christians to have the mind of Christ especially during these difficult times. You should exercise humility and continue to walk in obedience as you interact with others Even though the times are changing there are still a lots of obstacles that need to be overcome and our nation is still very divided therefore as Christians we need to be great examples of Christ and continue to pray for peace . It is our prayer that this broadcast will challenge you to think biblically about this election.
