I've been saying it for about a year now, maybe longer: The NHL is going to expand and it is going to expand by much more than anyone seems to realize right now. I believe we are headed for a 40 team NHL. How much will the owners get? Where will they look to expand to? What amendments SHOULD be made to the expansion draft rules?
