Dora and Mr. Clay spend some chatting about Superhero costumes, crackheads at the work place and plumbing classes. Mr. Clay dwells on a drunk, couple in his lobby and the reason why he had to sterilize the place after they left. Dora responds with the infinite knowledge of seeing debauchery and cops tazing customers when she worked at bar.
