Ever since I started becoming more aware of my thoughts and words (especially those to myself), I learned just how important our "affirmations" are in who we think we are and who we want to be. So, in this episode we'll go over what affirmations are, what they're not, how they're different from "positive thinking," some of my favorite ones, and ways you can create your own affirmations to align with your goals.
