Jermaine Jordan is 42 years old, born and raised on the westside of Chicago. He grew up in the projects along with 18 siblings, and despite his parents being poor they instilled a heart of giving into his brothers and sisters. God gave this man a vision to help the homeless and community with every day essentials. He’s a CHANGE MAKER in his community and the lives of those that he touches.
