Being selfish doesn’t help if you are trying to be a help to someone. Be more considerate to be more unselfish. SB Favor’s inspirational quote is a reminder how being selfish can be a hindrance to see the needs of someone else. An audio clip of Comedian Rickey Smiley was played during the episode to give an example of someone that is totally unselfish during his time of grief. Rickey’s son passed away and he has decided to be a blessing to others and not focus on himself. The episode is very inspiring.
