Lisa Beal started working out in 2013 and from that point on everything changed. At first, she was uncomfortable going into the gym, so she would only go after midnight. Now Lisa has many certifications and is the fitness manager at GoodLife. Listen to Lisa's story about how she succeeded where many wouldn't.
