Tonight, in part 1, we bring Colin McQuade back to our podcast to talk more about Colin and see what makes him motivated. The marathon is what gets Colin up and running, he talks about his injuries and how he handles them as marathon season gets closer. We discuss what he uses for fuel as he runs his very fast marathon pace and how much of that fuel he needs. We also talk about some dos and don'ts of marathon training. Colin tells us how after 10 years of the marathon training cycle he thought that a short break was a good idea for him.
