Few things to note, yes, I am aware that I missed the March 2025 market stats. It was a hectic month with Halifax's spring market moving into full effect, family vacation, and children!
But I'm back!
And I've had a hard look at the March & April 2025 market statistics and I noticed a trend that's happening.
Halifax's all time high sales price point seems to be sticking!!
December 2024: $581,026
January 2025: $617,593
February 2025: $609,292
March 2025: $611,215
April 2025: $614,548
In Halifax's history, every time we've established a new all time high sales price, Halifax quickly resets back down to it's expected levels of price point. But the new $600k price point in Halifax seems to be sticking, even while we're getting more inventory (homes for sale) back to the market!
