Today’s guest was sleeved in Aust 2021. With a start weight of 103.2kg she has dropped 48kg and is truely starting to understand her own capabilities and not limiting herself anymore.
In the past 18 months she has smashed some of her goals (such as riding a horse and feeling comfortable in her own skin) and settled in to life as a Bari.
