The season of Lent is all about perspective. In the 40 days leading up to Easter, we take inventory of our lives through the perspective of the cross. James 4:14 says, “What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” The cross reminds us that life is short, that our days on this earth are just a mist. And we want to make sure that you don’t miss your opportunity to experience the true joy, peace and life that is found in Jesus. This Lent, we’ll be looking through the Gospels to see people who had an opportunity to follow Jesus but missed it. Our hope is that you won’t miss yours!
