Have you ever asked yourself, “Why does the church exist?” Other than the obvious answer of transforming lives and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, what is a vibrant church called to be or do? Our mission statement of “Reaching People for Jesus Christ, Discipling Them in Faith, and Helping Those in Need” gives us a great start, but is there something more beyond our horizon that God is calling us to see or be engaged in? These are the questions we want to answer in this current capital campaign sermon series, Beyond. This is our moment to boldly pursue God’s greater purpose for us, and in doing so, we might also discover how God is leading us to step out in faith. Welcome to Traditional worship.
