In Acts 8, we see something miraculous happen. The persecuted followers of Jesus scattered, but rather than running to hide, they became big, bold witnesses of the goodness of God and the gift of salvation through Jesus. We see normal people becoming wildly effective preachers. We see the new believers rejoicing in their new relationship with Jesus, and we find ourselves inspired and encouraged by their faith and obedience. Today, we welcome Rev. Karen Tyler, Pastor of Missions, who will bring an encouraging word that will guide us as we seek to understand how the events of Acts 8 can motivate us to share our faith until the whole world knows!
