In October, 2001, just two days after celebrating her 41st Birthday at a party with family and friends, Karen Marchioni was brutally attacked inside her Framingham,MA home. Karen managed to barricade herself inside of her bathroom and called 911. She was rushed to the hospital, but she soon died from her injuries before she could give police any details. As a result, her killer, or killers slipped away.
