Roger Hearne Kelso (August 28, 1943 - Fall 1963) (nicknamed "Oscar" when unidentified) was a male discovered during a construction project in 1985. He was identified in April 2019 via genetic genealogy research by the Parabon NanoLabs. The identification was announced in June. He initially disappeared in 1963 after failing to show up to an important family gathering. Hosted by Chad Greinke.
