Description

I believe that leading a spirit-respecting workplace is easier than managing a traditional organisation - it tends to take on a life of its own.

However, at the same time, leading this kind of workplace is also harder, particularily for those of us that are compelled to control the uncontrollable. (smile).

Most of us have clear ideas about what should happen and not happen in organisations and our reponsibilites as leaders within them. These become the rules by which we do our work and simplify the workplace. It simplifies the way we do businesss by keeping everything on a superficial level.

When we choose to build a spirit-respecting and spirit-nurturing organisation, we give up the illusion of simplicity. We build an environment forĀ  courageous leadership that encompasses everyone. WE make it safe to explore, to try newthings, to stretch our creativity. Time now to explore the principles.
