After corrupt children's show host Rainbow Randolph gets arrested for misconduct the KidsNet network scrambles to find a new host in the morally grounded mascot Smoochy, created by Sheldon Mopes. Corporate greed and corruption runs rampant as Sheldon attempts to keep his ethics and a vision for a better world whilst rising to stardom in this world of children's television.
