Simran specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to trauma and other mental health concerns. She is also trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), adding to her repertoire of effective mental health treatment techniques.
