Description

This week is all about what we intake on daily basis and I do not mean just food. Everything we look at, read, watch, interact with and yes eat is part of our 'Life's Diet'. Ive termed it as this as Diet is what we consume on a daily basis, not the calorie reduction that everyone associates with it.

So our Life's Diet is what we intake through these three major factors: Nutrton, Enviroment and Social. This podcast is looking to delve into these areas and go back to the foundations and explain areas where we can adjust the influence and assocaition to for ourselves.
