Steven Ono, originally from beautiful Oahu, moved to the PNW back in the day and decided to venture out in 2017 to open up Ono Poke in Edmonds, Washington. He reflects on what has helped him build a family oriented culture, the boom of restaurants opening up in Edmonds, navigating the covid pandemic, and opening up a second location in Kingston.
