I'm Dr. Troy Munson and this month of April, we've started with this concept of planting seeds, and while we are planting legitimate real sees in our garden and getting them ready, or maybe we're in a cold environment and we're planting them indoors, getting them ready to go in and maybe May or mid-May, and beginning to let these plants really sprout up and have a chance so that our growing seasons work, there are also some things that we want to talk about, the seeds within our mind, and there's this idea of mental toughness.
