Happy New Year!!! As our first episode of 2022, we thought what better topic to discuss then goals for the New Year and more importantly how to stick with them. Whether you want to lose weight, get in better shape, practice more self love, etc. My friend Kim joins me as she has reached great milestones in her weight loss journey. Her and I review our personal and professional goals for the year and how we plan to stick with them.
