The very first episode of Our Native Land! This week we're joined by the Honorable Melanie Mark, MLA for Vancouver Mount Pleasant to discuss her life and career. Melanie is the first and only female First Nations member of the legislative assembly of British Columbia, and the first female First Nations Cabinet Minister. Tchadas will also share some stories that have appeared in the news to wrap up episode 1.
