We are here to share a bit about what a day in our life full of eats looks like..

Your host loves to follow intuitive eating plans which allows for her to enjoy the foods she loves without being restrictive. Of course, this is easier said than done and a work in progress, however it is so important to realize that YOU know your body best.

Find the foods that make you feel physically and emotionally most energized, and remember that it is okay to enjoy a sweet treat when your body may need it!

Be intuitive, find balance and live your life with the understanding that food is fuel!
