Exercise can have a significant positive impact on mental and physical health / wellbeing.
Take a listen to learn how running has helped me become the best version of myself by listening to my body and taking rest days when necessary.

Try to find a form of exercise you love! It can be anything from walking, yoga, meditation, having a gym membership etc, to get your body moving, remove any negative energy / tension, and most importantly, to set little goals each day that will ultimately get you to where you want to be tommorow.
