One of the first chocolate makers in the house of chocolatiers. We talk with Aurelien, founder of the La Baleine a Cabosse, about the movment of bean to bar chocolate makers in France, where chocolate is a part of the culture but the creation of chocolate from cocoa beans is not so common till the arrival of an important new assosation "bean to bar France".
