As I've been striving to find the balance between actually being IN the moment instead of rushing from one moment to the next, I've rediscovered some of my motivation and this great technique that helps me to get stuff done, without obsessing. All it takes is 10 minutes. 10 undistracted minutes to make progress, work towards something, or complete a task.
