Ever have those weeks that no matter how much you're trying to get yourself on track, it's like the Universe keeps you slightly off where you want to be? Or totally redirected?
My last week has been like that, and I've been trying not to be frustrated or disappointed with things not being how I expected, but as usual I'm feeling less than perfect at it.
In this week's episode of the podcast I'm discussing this, and how trying to accept being in flux, and allowing yourself to choose what's a priority, and have compassion for yourself when things don't go as you planned. It's a constant letting go.
