Description

This week on the podcast I am sharing about a recent experience with forcing myself to do the right thing even when I felt like I wasn't being recognized or valued for what I am bringing to the table.

There are so many times in life where you'll have to choose what kind of moral or ethical code you're going to live by- and you will have your own reasons for choosing what you'll do. For me it comes back to those personal values, and remembering that doing the right thing (and "right" is subjective) is about making decisions that make me feel good about myself when I go to bed at night.

It's not always easy but we have to stop living our lives for other people, or to please other people, and part of that means letting go of doing the "right" things for their approval or validation too.

Drop a word or two below if you have felt this coming up for your recently too.
