We had such an amazing talk on self compassion- and so much of what was discussed has continued to resonate with me as I've bene navigating through some tough interpersonal issues- that self compassion seemed like the perfect topic to continue expanding on and share with those who couldn't be there this week.

Afterwards when I looked up the word compassion- it's latin roots mean "to suffer with", and I loved that idea that when we show up for ourselves with compassion we aren't trying to fix ourselves- we're meeting ourselves where we are and holding space for us to be where we are in that moment. It's so important to explore that on a more regular basis. Right?
However we can, little by little, acts of self compassion will transform our lives.
