I'm not going to lie to you all- things have been a bit stressful lately. From the new addition of the puppy, to dog illness that went through our house last weekend when I was out of town, to still being on the job hunt- my heart has been a bit heavy.


That said, this is the perfect opportunity for me to genuinely focus on how I want to do life differently including how I do fear and being out of control differently.


I don't want to be the kind of person who spirals when things go wrong. I want to be someone who can focus on what's going right- and for me, this process is about focusing on the small wins of each and every day.


Trust me, this is not toxic positivity. We can absolutely say when things feel crappy- but we can also choose to not stay in that place but rather find the gratitude for the moments that are easier and feel good.
