On this week's episode of the podcast I'm sharing a bit from within about how it feels navigating "the new normal" for this month, especially as more people get vaccinated, and as I personally head into a busy season with my work after a long slow season.
I realized during today's episode that I've been unconsciously avoiding many of the "must-dos" in my life. Whether it's been because the survival mode has been so activated, or because that's just the season of life I'm learning to move through- but I wanted to take a moment to share that because all of us are on our own journey. There is no magic recipe for total peace- and definitely not for perfection.
The tools of yoga, meditation, self care, and evening sharing- are all part of a bigger toolbox that can help us find more enjoyment in this life and support us through the ups and downs that we all experience.
