It’s been 6 months since I launched my patreon page: A Bit From Within! To celebrate this moment I took questions from patrons that included one that really brought pause to me: “How did you build up the courage to go through with the patreon and the podcast what do you wish you knew before starting and what is the biggest thing you have learned from doing it these last six months?”This question has a back story that I shared in depth on today’s episode. It's not a pretty story, or a good story by any means, but it's a deeply personal and dark moment from my life that getting through has slowly and surely given me a lot of the courage to DO all of this. Sharing this story today reminded me of how special the beginning of a journey, and how all the reasons/excuses we can think of that hold us back are just gateways to personally break through to get us to where we want to go.
