Two things can be true at the same time- even two things that seemingly contradict one another. Especially when it has to do with the complex issues of our humanity- because so often is black and white in reality, it's a whole ton of gray + the entire color spectrum.
I wanted to share this as a reminder for everyone out there who's feeling caught in this heavy wave of energy that seems to be passing through right now. It's okay to be struggling, and okay to enjoy the ways things have gotten better. You can be sad, and grateful at the same time. You're allowed to NOT want anything to change, and be working to change things in your life. In fact, more often than not- accepting two truths and validating them both can feel really freeing and give us a lot deeper self acceptance.
