Michael G. Neece has been a leader across five industries. He is the Director of the Gilead Programming Academy, a talent pipeline for diverse, early-career programmers at Gilead Sciences. His part-time work with Morehead Planetarium and Science Center led to his first children's book, Tony Jenzano, Astronaut Trainer: The Man Who Made the Stars Shine. His forthcoming business book, In Kind: Consciously Craft a Meaningful Life and Career, will be released later this year. Throughout his career, his focus has been on getting the human element of business right by studying decision-making and emotional intelligence.
