Well that was uh... quite an episode of the Mandalorian. With 3 episodes left in the season, the show opts to sidetrack our characters with an inconsequencial story that screeches all momentum built up from last week to a halt. The concept for this episode is cool in a vacuum, but should not be happening at this point in the season. I discuss the continued inconsistent writing, why the overuse of celebrity cameos breaks the immersion of Star Wars, how the end of this episode affects the lore of the Darksaber (not in a good way), and so much more. I have some positives too dont worry.
