Description

According to History it was the ancient Babylonians that were the first to make New Year’s resolutions. Now, 4,000 years later, only 8 percent of the 45% of Americans that say they make resolutions achieve their goals.

The definition of resolution is “a firm decision to do or not to do something.” What have you resolved to do or not to do in the new year? Why do these self promises tend to fall apart before they even start?

Join Mike and Will in a discussion regarding the difference between making yearly resolutions and setting daily and long term goals.
