Harvey Bailey was one of the last great outlaws of the Depression era. A quiet but deadly bank robber, he was known for pulling off high-dollar heists across the Midwest in the 1920s and 1930s. His criminal career collided with the FBI during the chaotic aftermath of the Kansas City Massacre, leading to his arrest and a long prison sentence.
